This company is seeking a highly skilled In-house Full-Charge Accountant / CPA to support a fast-growing, multi-location restoration operation based in Cedar Rapids . This is a mission-critical, in-house role working directly with ownership and senior leadership to manage the full financial lifecycle of the business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with increasing financial complexity.


Info/Requirements:

• In-house Full-Charge Accountant / CPA role supporting a multi-location restoration company.
• Requires 3-5+ years of hands-on QuickBooks experience with a strong accounting and financial management background; CPA strongly preferred.
• Responsible for invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and full cash flow oversight, including all money in and out of the business.
• Supports several active locations with high transaction volume in an operationally complex, fast-paced environment.
• Highly trusted role working directly alongside ownership and senior leadership.
• Critical position ensuring financial accuracy, controls, and visibility across all locations.
• Ideal for a detail-oriented accountant who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing growing financial activity.
