As a part-time Admissions/Concessions staff member, you will play a key role in welcoming visitors, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a positive environment for everyone who enters the complex. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance to ensure a positive first impression.
• Process admissions and concessions transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support the management and execution of events, helping to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the admissions and concessions areas.
• Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the facility’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as scheduled:
  • Monday: 7:00am–8:00pm
  • Tuesday: 5:30am–8:00pm
  • Wednesday: 7:00am–8:00pm
  • Thursday: 5:30am–8:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am–8:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am–5:00pm
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $13.37 per hour .
