Job Title: Advanced Management Candidate

Company: Cintas – Fire Protection Division

Locations: Kingston, PA | Pittsburgh, PA | Plainville, CT | Ledgewood, NJ

Shift: Monday–Friday (Approx. 50 hrs./week; flexible based on project/client needs)

Compensation: $92,000–$118,000+ DOE

Bonus/Perks: Annual bonus, company vehicle package, phone, and laptop

Travel: ~10%

Overview:

Join us as an Advanced Management Candidate and train for a future General Manager role in our Fire Protection Division. This accelerated leadership development program offers hands-on experience across Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. Over 6–12 months, you’ll be mentored and developed while leading teams, working directly with clients, and learning to run a multi-functional service center. Upon program completion (12–24 months), relocation within the US may be required for your General Manager assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
• Visit clients, maintain service excellence, upsell solutions, and resolve issues
• Learn to manage P&L, service center operations, sales, and office functions
• Be mentored by senior leadership toward a future General Manager role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3–4 years of leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate throughout the United States upon completion
