• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a recruiter (experience with permanent placements is a plus)

• You have strong communication skills and feel confident engaging by phone, email, and text
• You’re energized by solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment
• You’re comfortable working on-site with a team and collaborating daily

• Bachelor’s degree required
