Anaplan Model Builder/Developer (W2 Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to design, build, and optimize Anaplan solutions focused on incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting. This position is a W2 contract with strong potential for full-time conversion .

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
  
• Design and develop Anaplan models, dashboards, and integrations
  
• Enhance and maintain existing Anaplan applications, ensuring performance and usability
  
• Create new models with holistic and optimal architecture
  
• Test and debug applications to resolve issues and optimize functionality
  
• Provide user support and troubleshoot Anaplan-related issues
  
• Stay current on Anaplan features and identify opportunities for process automation
  
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams to align systems and integrations
  
• Document system configurations, development processes, and technical specifications
  

1. 5+ years working with Anaplan (3+ full implementations preferred)
   
2. Strong model-building experience (compensation, finance, revenue, or forecasting models)
   
3. Experience with performance management, budgeting, and planning processes
   
4. Ability to build integrated, end-to-end solutions
   
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
   
6. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
   
7. Ability to work independently and prioritise in fast-paced environments
   
8. Skilled in documenting complex processes and models
   
9. Anaplan certification is a plus
