About the Role We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Developer to design, build, and optimize Anaplan solutions focused on incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting. This position is a W2 contract with strong potential for full-time conversion .
Key Responsibilities - Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
- Design and develop Anaplan models, dashboards, and integrations
- Enhance and maintain existing Anaplan applications, ensuring performance and usability
- Create new models with holistic and optimal architecture
- Test and debug applications to resolve issues and optimize functionality
- Provide user support and troubleshoot Anaplan-related issues
- Stay current on Anaplan features and identify opportunities for process automation
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams to align systems and integrations
- Document system configurations, development processes, and technical specifications
Required Qualifications - 5+ years working with Anaplan (3+ full implementations preferred)
- Strong model-building experience (compensation, finance, revenue, or forecasting models)
- Experience with performance management, budgeting, and planning processes
- Ability to build integrated, end-to-end solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in documenting complex processes and models
- Anaplan certification is a plus
