Certifications: A current BLS/CPR certification from an approved provider is required within 30 days of hire or by the end of orientation. Experience & Skills: Basic computer proficiency, effective communication skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and a willingness to accept feedback and instruction are essential. The role requires physical stamina, including occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs and standing or walking for 51-75% of the workday.
