Associate Producer (Website/Ecommerce)
Part-Time (20 hours a week / 4 hours a day)
6 Month + Contract
2-3 Days Onsite in El Segundo, CA
The Opportunity:
As the Web Producer Associate within the global Direct to Consumer and ecommerce organization, you will be responsible to provide production and authoring support across our global websites.
We are looking for a skilled, nimble assistant producer to liaise across global ecommerce, merchandising, production, and operations partners to deliver on-time website content refreshes.
You will own coordinating creative asset deliveries, adhering to project schedules and supporting basics content authoring while developing systems expertise across key tools and platforms.
What Your Impact Will Be:
• Support production team in a variety of small to mid-sized projects
• Coordinate creative asset delivery adhering to best practices
• Support general authoring responsibilities
• Adhere to detailed project plans and schedules per project
• Coordinate outside vendors and independent contractors as needed
• Clearly and concisely communicate the project status to stakeholders as needed
• Raise awareness of dependencies and blockers that are impediments to the project
• Prioritize, track, and remediate issues
• Contribute to define and deploy operational efficiencies in workflow
Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably within a website or ecommerce role
• General knowledge of website design key elements and ability to deliver brand and site standards through authoring
• Prior experience with tracking, delivery, approvals, and governance of website creative assets
• Knowledge of website localization process and translating best practices to authoring workflow
• Basic technical and content SEO understanding
• Project management experience including the utilization of key tools such as Smartsheet and/or Jira
• Ability to approach projects with a growth mindset continuously seeking opportunities to drive operational efficiencies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and EQ
