Post Deals
Review scanned deal paperwork for accuracy
Post all retail and wholesale deals
Account for Contracts, Rebates, Inventory, Deposits, After-sell Products, Cash Reporting, and other items.
Incentives/Rebates
Submit incentive/rebate claims to manufacturer
Post incentive/rebate payments from manufacturer when payment/notification is received

Inventory Schedules

Review and clean schedules after all deals are finalized.
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform

Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve * Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team * Accounting degree (preferred, not required) * Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership About Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
