Finesse Auto has been serving Seattle since 2014 with a 10-bay European service facility. We specialize in European vehicles and pride ourselves on professionalism, collaboration, and high-quality repairs. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Writer to join our team and ensure vehicles are repaired right the first time.

Compensation & Perks:

• Commission-based pay structure
• Annual pay range: $70,000 – $140,000, based on ability and experience

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced service writers/automotive service advisors
• Open to learning proven processes that create an efficient and organized shop
• European shop or dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
• Consult with customers to understand vehicle issues and provide accurate service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians for timely repair completion
• Communicate updates and additional service needs clearly to customers
• Maintain thorough service records
• Uphold excellent customer service standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of automotive customer service experience
• Knowledge of European/exotic vehicles preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Valid driver’s license
