Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Analytics Senior Analyst for its Wilmington, Delaware location. Duties: Develop a holistic view of customer behavior for Omni-Channel analytics team of Citi US Consumer bank division, by reviewing customer level transaction data across multiple channels. Analyze performance of Citi owned channels, including Citi website, emails, mobile apps and browsers, and identify opportunities to enhance targeting efficiencies in digital, phone and branch operations. Use statistical and segmentation tools to develop targeting strategies for all Existing Customers Management channels. Create an optimization framework to maximize return on investment. Identify the optimal offer presentment strategy across channels and make data-driven recommendations on offer prioritization. Retrieve data and conduct data-driven industry analysis utilizing various analytical tools, software and techniques. Translate data into insights to customer needs and behavioral drivers that inform to strategic roadmaps and innovation. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting for program recommendations. Determine the drivers of financials and their underlying consumer behaviors, and articulate the findings for effective communications to cross-functional partners and senior leadership. Translate digital key performance indicators into financial metrics for optimization of offer and net present value. Work with cross-functional teams to create new channels and reach expansion opportunities. Work with cross-functional partners to design marketing efficiency tests in line with business agenda and learn improvement opportunities. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, or related field and 1 year of experience as a Data Science Analyst, Quantitative Analyst or related position involving business data analysis and strategy building. 1 year of experience must include: PySpark for statistical and machine learning modelling; Hadoop to store, read, write and efficiently manage large datasets; Running Structured query language (SQL) queries, real-time analytics and graph processing; UNIX-Bash Scripts; and Tableau to build a wide variety of visualizations to see trends and filter data.
