Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with framing, drywall, siding, window and door installation, cabinetry, flooring, and trim.

  • Learn how to read blueprints, work plans, and specs under mentor supervision.

  • Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and install building materials.

  • Keep the job site clean, safe, and organized at all times.

  • Follow instructions from lead carpenters and foremen while asking questions to build your knowledge.

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Track work hours, tasks, and performance using job-site apps and tools.

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of carpentry experience OR graduate of a trade school program.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow in the residential construction industry.

  • Comfortable with email, text, and time-tracking apps.

  • Ability to follow directions, stay focused, and work safely.

  • Reliable transportation to job sites (company vehicle use may be available).

  • Own or willing to acquire basic carpentry tools.

Schedule
