Job Overview

Outside In Construction, INC is seeking two experienced Carpenters to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll contribute your craftsmanship and expertise to a variety of custom residential construction projects. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Perform a wide variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and custom woodworking
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
Safely and effectively operate hand and power tools to complete project tasks
Select and work with various building materials per project requirements
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals
Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise (problem solving on the job site)
Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all work
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used (project documentation)

Qualifications:
4+ years of proven carpentry experience in residential construction
Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and industry best practices
Proficient in using a variety of carpentry tools and equipment
Ability to provide your own hand/power tools
Must have a valid Drivers License and provide own transportation
Strong mathematical and measurement skills
Physically able to perform carpentry work (lifting, standing, bending, climbing ladders)
Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional certifications or trade school education are a plus, but not required

Work Schedule:
Full-Time - Monday through Friday

Work Location:
Onsite - Based in New Hampshire (projects performed locally - must be able to commute to job sites)
