What You'll Be Doing

• First responder to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries with empathy and speed
• Book appointments and manage front-office logistics
• Process payments, claims submissions, and policy changes accurately
• Connect prospective clients with licensed agents and team leaders
• Support marketing initiatives - mailers, campaigns, and follow-up outreach

What You Bring

• 2+ years in customer service or admin roles (insurance experience = bonus)
• A knack for communication - clear, calm, confident
• Organized mindset: detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
• A self-starter attitude and desire for real progression
• Comfort using CRM or VOIP platforms (ex: Salesforce or RingCentral)
