Senior HR Leader – One-Year Project (North Fort Worth)

Requires International and Compensation background.

We’re seeking a hands-on HR Director for a one-year project based in North Fort Worth . The ideal candidate will bring experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and be comfortable engaging with executive leadership in an international environment.

HR Director /Compensation Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead compensation planning efforts, including benchmarking and design for international employee groups.
  • Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support in the areas of workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management.
  • Coach managers and employees on best practices in performance and employee relations, aligned with policies and employment law.
  • Create and deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting for leadership teams to support decision-making.
  • Ensure HR processes and practices remain compliant with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

HR Director and Compensation Manager Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted advisor within the HR leadership team and across the broader business.
  • Lead and support a team of HR business partners across multiple divisions.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to drive project milestones and successful change adoption.
  • Contribute to the evolution of global HR practices, particularly related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of compensation strategy and international workforce design.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale systems or technology implementations.
  • Strong coaching and leadership presence, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
  • HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Expert-level proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment law; international HR knowledge is a strong advantage.

This role is a one year contract.
