Construction Laborer

Job Description

Join our team as a Construction Technician in either Waldorf or Crofton, Maryland. We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in construction labor who are capable of operating a pipe saw, reading an engineer's ruler, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Ideal candidates will have experience building channels in sewers, storm drains, and manholes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a pipe saw effectively.
• Read and interpret an engineer's ruler.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Build channels in sewers, storm drains, and manholes.
• Perform trench digging and sewer installation.
• Contribute to storm and manhole installation projects.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of outdoor construction experience.
• Proficiency in trench digging.
• Experience using a pipe saw.
• Ability to use an engineer's ruler.
• Capability to build channels in sewer, storm drains, and manholes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of outdoor construction experience is a plus.
• Experience with concrete and asphalt projects.
• Additional labor experience in outdoor construction projects is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
