This role is designed for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in the details, leads from the front, and believes that urgency, clarity, and zero excuses are what drive exceptional results.

What You’ll Lead

As a Project Manager, you’ll take point on projects from pre-construction through closeout , coordinating directly with clients, superintendents, architects, and trade partners. You’ll be the bridge between field and office , ensuring projects run safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with budget, schedule, and scope.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial and industrial projects (including cold storage, PEMB, and tilt-up construction)
• Coordinate daily with clients, design teams, and field staff to keep progress on track
• Manage jobsite meetings, RFIs, submittals, and documentation using Procore , Primavera P6 , and Bluebeam
• Track schedules, budgets, and billing with precision and accountability
• Supervise superintendents, admin support, and field crews
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality, and compliance meet Colombo’s high standards
• Own the closeout process—from punch lists to warranty handoff

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical/trade training
• 5–7 years of construction management experience
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods across multiple structural types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore , Bluebeam , and scheduling tools like Primavera P6
• Ability to read plans and navigate codes, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
