Corporate Attorney (Mid–Senior Level)

National, full-service Am Law 200 firm (mid-sized)

Base $240,000–$315,000 + comprehensive benefits

Permanent, Baltimore, MD (Maryland office)

My client, a nationally recognised, mid-sized Am Law 200 law firm, is actively recruiting experienced Corporate Attorneys to join their Maryland office in Baltimore on a permanent basis.

As the successful Corporate Attorney, you’ll work across a sophisticated corporate practice, including (but not limited to):

• Mergers & acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side)
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Fund formation and ongoing fund matters
• Debt and equity financing transactions
• Securities offerings and compliance
• General corporate governance and strategic advisory work

To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in corporate, M&A, fund formation, finance and/or securities
• Strong academic credentials, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Applicable bar admission (Maryland) or eligibility for admission in Maryland
