Job Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Cosmetology Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching a variety of cosmetology techniques, providing hands-on training, and mentoring students as they prepare for careers in the beauty field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective instruction on cosmetology techniques including hairstyling, skin care, and makeup application.
• Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions in a classroom setting.
• Evaluate and assess student performance, providing feedback to support growth and development.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology Instructor License in the State of Illinois.
• Experience in the cosmetology industry is required.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $22.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility
