Crane Mechanic

Job Description

Join our team as a Crane Mechanic, where you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing cranes in the field. This role involves a balance between working from home and traveling, with approximately 50% of the time spent at home and 50% on the road. You will often be the sole technician on-site, representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix 3-phase motors, PLCs, circuits, and power systems.
• Repair hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Complete inspection checklists to company standards.
• Act as the company's representative on-site.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained when working at heights, including using scissor lifts and climbing when necessary.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Skilled in high voltage systems.

Work Environment and Shift

This role involves being on the road 40% of the time, with ample notice provided for travel.

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $45.00/hr.
