As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for community members, donors, and supporters. Your role will be essential in spreading awareness, building relationships , and expanding the reach of causes that matter.
Key Responsibilities:Engage with community members, supporters, and donors at live outreach events
Share key campaign messages on behalf of nonprofit and advocacy clients with empathy and enthusiasm
Build positive, lasting relationships that encourage long-term engagement and support
Collaborate with your team to enhance campaign visibility and outreach effectiveness
Represent meaningful causes with professionalism and authenticity in public-facing settings
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine interest in nonprofits, advocacy work, or social impact initiatives
Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
Quick learner who thrives in people-facing and high-energy environments
No prior experience required— comprehensive training is provided
Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
