Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy connecting with people? We're looking for a Data Entry Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll handle essential administrative tasks while also having the opportunity to support our customer service team.
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Administrative Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks and is eager to learn and contribute to daily office operations. You'll also have the opportunity to assist our customer service team, helping to communicate with customers and ensure they receive a great experience.
What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities
Perform light data entry with high accuracy
Sort and prepare incoming and outgoing mail
File and organize physical and electronic documents
Assist with general administrative and clerical office duties as needed
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work processes
Customer Support Assistance
Help communicate with customers and leads via phone, text, and email to answer questions, provide updates, and schedule appointments
Use our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions
Assist customers in person during dealership visits as needed
Collaborate with sales and service teams to support a seamless customer experience
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient typing skills (minimum 55 WPM) and basic computer proficiency
Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and email platforms
A customer-first mindset with a focus on building relationships; customer service skills a plus
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be willing to work some evenings (until 8 PM) and some weekends
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus, but not required
