We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours, ideal for individuals who are organized and comfortable working independently.
Enter data accurately into databases and spreadsheets
Review and verify data for errors or missing information
Update existing records as needed
Maintain confidentiality of company information
Follow instructions and meet deadlines
Communicate progress or issues to the supervisor
Basic computer skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection
No prior experience required (training provided)
