Part -Time Data Entry Specialist

Description

The Joseph Law Group is a personal injury law firm headquartered in Beachwood, OH. We currently have an immediate opening for a Data Entry Specialist, who will be expected to provide support for the marketing manager. The ideal candidate should be reliable, extremely detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multi-task efficiently. Additionally, this candidate should be well organized, possess excellent typing and time-management skills, and should have familiarity with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Data Entry: Access and analyze a large volume of physical and online police reports, input data, and generate Excel spreadsheets.

· Fulfillment: Prepare mailers with police reports and custom brochures, prepare labels for mailing envelopes. Some travel required to pick up police reports from downtown Cleveland police station.

· Mail processing: Weigh and process outgoing mail using postage machines and deliver mail to the local post office; and

· Tracking: Track volume of daily incoming and outgoing mail from direct mail advertising program.

Qualifications

· Efficient time management

· Efficient and accurate typing skills a must

· Ability to complete daily tasks effectively

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Upbeat, positive, and professional attitude

· Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office products

· Prior experience in an office environment is required

· Prior experience in a personal injury law firm is a plus, but not required
