As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive impactful solutions across diverse applications. You will work on the full data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to model building, deployment, and monitoring. Your work will involve advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques to solve complex problems, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences. Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and analysts, you will ensure that models are robust, scalable, and integrated seamlessly into operational platforms. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for applications such as recommendation systems, anomaly detection, customer engagement, and NLP.
• Implement generative AI solutions for innovative applications in government and citizen services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality datasets through data wrangling, feature engineering, and pipeline development.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and frameworks for data science initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of ML and DL algorithms, techniques, and generative AI models.
• Experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies (e.g., AWS).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for diverse, remote teams.
