Director of Family Medicine

A Director of Family Medicine is needed in New Port Richey, FL.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference in Hernando and Pasco Counties.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is based on experience ($240,00 - $255,000/year)
• Bonus incentives available

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday
• Monday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• If full day Monday: ½ day of choice
• 80% clinical | 20% administrative
• Average 16-22 patients per day
• Provide direct outpatient, primary care services to patients of all ages
• Oversee and support high-quality clinical care delivery for integrated clinical practice
• Collaborate with CMO on quality improvement and compliance
• On-call by phone only after hours – 1:18 weeks (average 6 or 7 calls per week)

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience seeing patients required
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Clear and Active License in the State of Florida
• MD/DO
• Board Certified in the State of Florida
• Family Medicine (FP)
