We’re a profitable, mid-stage startup seeking a hard-charging dynamic leader to oversee our real estate portfolio, drive strategic growth, and ensure operational excellence across all properties. This is a hands-on role with significant impact and growth potential.

Location: On-site (Non-Remote)

Travel: Monthly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Proven leadership in real estate and property management
• Strong negotiation, financial, and problem-solving skills
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset

Working Conditions:

This is an on-site, in-person position based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Candidates must not have visible tattoos above the shoulders. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all company work areas, managed/owned properties, company vehicles, and within 10 feet of all entrances, exits, ramps, windows, and air-intake vents.
