*How you'll contribute*
The *Program Director / Director of Rehabilitation* oversees the total operations of the acute rehabilitation program, ensuring clinical and administrative excellence. This leadership role is responsible for budgeting, program development, staff management, quality improvement, and productivity across an interdisciplinary team. Serving as the primary representative of the program within the hospital, the Director models effective communication, policy adherence, and strategic growth. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support program success.

*What we're looking for*
We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced leader to serve as Program Director for our Rehabilitation Services.
Applicants should have:
*Clinical & Operational Experience*
* Strong leadership experience in an *acute rehabilitation* setting
* Background as a *RN,* *PT, OT, or Speech Pathologist* preferred - though not required
* Proven track record in *rehabilitation operations* and program growth
* Solid understanding of rehab workflows, compliance, and performance metrics
*Business Development & Marketing*
* Demonstrated success in *marketing*, *business development, and entrepreneurial skills* within rehab services
* Drive and urgency to identify, attract, and retain patients
* Ability to collaborate closely with business development teams and referral sources
* Experience transitioning from *Director of Business Development* into operations is a plus
*Key Qualifications & Attributes*
* Ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams
* Passionate about rehabilitation and committed to the success of the program
* At minimum a graduate of a four-year bachelor's degree program
* Clinical experience with a degree as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech Language Therapist (SLP) or Registered Nurse (RN)
