Establish repeatable, scalable practices that improve efficiency, quality, and cross-functional delivery. Communicate with clarity and influence across all levels - from executives to engineers. Requirements 7+ years leading complex programs that span product, engineering, and business functions. Strong technical literacy (able to scope projects, assess risks, and engage engineers) and GTM fluency (experience with sales, marketing, or growth teams). Proven ability to unite diverse teams with competing priorities into aligned outcomes. Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to flex between strategy and detail. Experience building and scaling operational systems in fast-paced, agile environments. Comfort with ambiguity, with a track record of creating clarity and driving results. Curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and a passion for making complexity manageable. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Tableau, dashboards, or analytics platforms. Bonus points if you have: SQL or scripting skills for working with data. Hands-on experience with product-led growth or large-scale transformation programs. What We Offer At Slack, you'll join a collaborative, diverse team that values humility, curiosity, and impact. If you love aligning people around bold goals, scaling systems, and driving cross-functional success, we'd love to hear from you. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
