We are growing - and we are looking for a driven and knowledge Window and Door Sales Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Window and Door Sales Specialist, you will:

• Greet customers and assess project needs to guide them through window and door product options.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of window and door materials, styles, performance ratings, hardware options, and installation considerations.
• Prepare accurate quotes, product comparisons, and package recommendations based on customer specifications and budgets.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, open orders, changes, and post-purchase support.
• Assist with customer concerns, returns, or product questions in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
• Perform additional showroom tasks as assigned by management.

What We are Looking For

• Strong understanding of window and door construction, sizing, and performance standards (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to explain technical details clearly to homeowners, contractors, and designers.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read or interpret measurements, blueprints, or architectural plans.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Comfortable using quoting software, POS systems, and vendor portals.
