Our company, a trusted name in Animal Health Product Distribution for over 85 years, is growing our Ecommerce and Marketing Team to better serve our nationwide customer base of livestock producers/farmers, horse owners and pet owners, and animal health product retailers/stores.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ecommerce / Web / UX / Digital Graphic Designer who is excited to help drive growth in ecommerce web sales and profits by helping us grow our digital presence into an even stronger customer-focused, conversion-driven, high-performing online ecommerce selling powerhouse.

What You'll Do

You'll play an important role in helping us market and sell over 10,000 Animal Health and Related Products from 500+ trusted suppliers and vendors. This is a hands-on content, creative, strategic and production role with scope and impact.

Your key responsibilities include:

Web & Ecommerce Design

• Maintain, update, and maximize ecommerce website homepages, product pages, landing pages, and promotional pages to drive greater online sales.
• Design, create and implement compelling content, call-to-action homepages, web banners, digital ads, splash pages, product images, and other assets.
• Manage web design graphics and product details, copy, rebates, and seasonal promotions.
• Assist in helping to create and execute A/B testing and optimize UX/UI for better customer engagement and conversion.

✉️ Email Marketing

• Create and schedule visually compelling email campaigns using industry-standard platforms to grow online sales.
• Work from a strategic seasonal calendar to promote top products, new products, flash sales, and monthly promos.
• Ensure mobile-first and friendly, responsive design and cross-platform testing.

Print Catalogs & Direct Mail

• Assist in the design, production and layout of print catalogs.

Branding & Marketing Support

• Ensure consistency with corporate branding across all digital and print platforms.
• Bring proven, strategic, creative ideas to attract target markets for seasonal sales, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Support additional marketing and sales efforts including trade shows, events, and retail locations.

Who You Are

You're a versatile, ecommerce sales and marketing-driven, web content designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes ownership of your projects. You're excited by ecommerce/web and digital opportunities to drive online revenue; and you bring a strong interest and understanding of targeting the appropriate markets and customers with the right products at the right time; and have a strong eye for detail and user experience.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in ecommerce, web/UX design, and digital/print marketing positions
• Proven background and performance in D2C (Direct to Consumer) Ecommerce Website Design and/or B2B (Business to Business) Ecommerce Website Design.
• Ecommerce sales growth track record working with ecommerce platforms and product-driven websites.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD or Figma).
• Experienced in email design platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
• Strong understanding of marketing, content, advertising and UX principles.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofing and quality assurance skills.
• Excellent time management and project coordination ability.
• Experience in/with various ecommerce web platforms, computer-related skillsets

Preferred / Bonus Experience

• Degree or Certification in Ecommerce/Web Design or Marketing, Graphic Design, UX, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Experience and/or Education in Animal Health, Livestock Production, Agriculture, or Veterinary industry.
• Background in working with or caring for livestock, horses, and/or pets.
• Strong understanding and experience working in D2C and B2B marketing environments and opportunities.
• Direct response catalog creative and production; and direct mail marketing knowledge a plus.
• Experience working with Marketing or Ecommerce Team In-Office
• Social media, advertising, copywriting or other related digital marketing or advertising areas of study a plus
