Emergency Medicine Physician | Locum or Permanent
Location: Albany, NY (J-1 Eligible)
Compensation: $220/hour (W-2) or $260/hour (1099)
Position Overview
She Recruits is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a busy, fully equipped freestanding Emergency Department in Albany, New York. This 24/7 facility provides comprehensive emergency care with advanced diagnostics, an onsite lab, imaging services, and remote radiology reads. Providers enjoy flexible scheduling, seamless continuity of care through system-wide cross-credentialing, and a supportive clinical environment designed for dedicated EM physicians.

Annual ED volume of 42,000 visits
State-of-the-art freestanding ED with modern diagnostic tools
Epic EMR system
24/7 radiology reads
Cross-credentialing opportunities within a larger integrated health system
Low transfer rate of 9–10%
8–9 hour shifts with flexible scheduling; detailed shift maps available on request
J-1 Visa sponsorship available
Compensation and Incentives
$220/hour W-2 or $260/hour 1099
$100,000 sign-on bonus
$4,000 annual CME allowance (tax-free)
New graduate package includes $6,500 plus covered licensing costs (state and DEA) during the first year
