  • Responsibilities: Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to explain benefits offerings.
  • Manage HRIS systems to accurately track employee benefits data.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to their benefits and promptly resolve issues.
  • Analyze benefits usage and trends to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and improve service delivery.

  • Must-Have Skills: Proven experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Dayforce, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to interpret benefits-related information effectively.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills for interaction with employees and management.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in employee relations.
  • Familiarity with benefits trends and emerging best practices in the insurance industry.
  • Previous experience in benefits administration within a multi-state organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in HR or benefits administration (e.g., SHRM-CP, CEBS).
