The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) works with the Marketing team and Enterprise Sales to generate new sales opportunities. This role identifies key decision makers and schedules sales meetings within Enterprise accounts. This is a full-time role based in San Francisco, onsite 4x per week. What You’ll Do Hunt and prospect into named enterprise accounts and generate meetings with stakeholders from C-Level to data analysts. Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Account Executives to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Enterprise customers’ data challenges and pain points, and explain how Airbyte addresses them. Create personalized outreach cadences tailored to the account and use case. Log activity, categorize sales lead information, and share customer feedback internally. What You’ll Need Strong written and verbal communication skills. High-level understanding of the enterprise data space. At least one year of customer-facing sales experience, ideally with SDR/BDR experience at a B2B technology company. Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Common Room, or similar tools, or the ability to learn quickly. Location San Francisco. Onsite 4x/week. Salary $70,000 Base + $30,000 Variable (Total $100,000 OTE) + generous equity and benefits for US employees. We Provide The benefits listed below are for U.S. employees.
