Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for professional, self-motivated, and experienced Singer/ Dancer performers for the Fright Fest Season. 

  Singers: Please be prepared to present your best 16 bars of music that best showcase your talents. Have at least two songs in contrasting styles prepared. Please bring music without vocals or sheet music in the correct key. We will have an accompanist available. Vocal versatility is a plus. Please, no A ‘Capella. Singers, may be asked to learn a short movement combo. Please have an appropriate change of clothing ready.

Dancers: Please come prepared to learn a short movement combination. You may be asked to participate in a short choreographed dance callback or asked to sing and/or read for a specific role. Dance opportunities vary throughout the year and can range from Costume Character Performers to Parade Dancers to Stage Show Dancers.

Actors: You will p erform a cold read from a provided script.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Learn choreography, vocal assignments, routines, scripted dialogue, lines, and cues as directed.
• Perform and entertain our guests!
• Will be asked to apply makeup, wear costumes/ wigs to alter appearance in order to portray specific characters or roles.
• Maintain backstage areas and keep all dressing and rehearsal spaces clean and organized.
• Must be able to work in theatrical lighting, including possible strobe lights and fog in certain venues.
• Work with a diverse cast of performers and crew members.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Open availability. Must be flexible with schedule changes.
• Must submit an audition reel/link.
• Ability to be personable and interact with guests.
• Must adhere to park standards and strive to maintain a safe environment.
• Must have an outgoing, high energy personality.
• Must have reliable transportation.
