Position Overview: The Entry-Level CAD Table Operator will assist in operating CAD-driven cutting tables to create precise packaging solutions. Ideal candidates will have basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn technical skills related to CAD machinery. Key Responsibilities: Learn and operate CAD-driven cutting tables under supervision to produce packaging components. Assist in interpreting basic technical drawings and CAD layouts. Support machine setup, including loading materials and setting basic parameters. Conduct routine machine checks and maintenance with guidance. Inspect components for accuracy and quality. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and minimize material waste. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Keep accurate records of production data and material usage. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical interest or vocational training . No prior experience required; previous exposure to CAD equipment is a plus. Basic ability to understand and follow technical instructions and drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Basic computer skills; familiarity with CAD software beneficial but not required. Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs. Good teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety.
