We’re hiring a motivated and people-oriented Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing outreach and event marketing team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to launch a fulfilling career in event planning, nonprofit marketing, or community engagement .
What You’ll DoAs an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you’ll help bring mission-driven campaigns to life by supporting the coordination and execution of outreach events that promote important causes and engage local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing outreach events and awareness campaigns
Set up event booths, branded displays, signage, and promotional materials
Interact with attendees, share key messages, answer questions, and encourage participation
Collect attendee feedback and support post-event reporting and engagement tracking
Ensure smooth event execution by coordinating logistics with the event team
No prior experience in events? No problem! We provide full training. Ideal candidates are:
