Onsite position! The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across Ohio Gratings, Inc. This role supports the development and implementation of safety initiatives, fosters a culture of safety on the production floor, and ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations. The EHS Manager will lead safety inspections, training programs, and incident response while continually improving safety processes across all company locations. This is an active, hands-on role requiring frequent interaction with employees in both office and production settings. The Environmental, Health & Safety Manager will spend significant time on the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
