Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Title : Epic Analyst - Ambulatory Location : Regional Area (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full Time, Compensation Pay Range:$80000-$100000/Yrs Description Act as a liaison to ensure healthcare information systems function as intended. Research and resolve software problems as part of daily operational support. Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of new solutions. Perform training, create and review documentation, and support assigned applications. Provide 2nd/3rd level support for unplanned downtime and issues. Participate in planning, implementation, testing, and updating of applications. Ensure high levels of customer service and support off-hours for critical issues. Key Responsibilities Act as a business liaison to assigned departments to uncover and recognize issues early. Train co-workers and assist in researching reported issues and implementing resolutions. Identify and resolve workflow issues to optimize electronic solutions. Provide maintenance and advancement of assigned applications and databases. Investigate and solve problems with application software, interfaces, and reports. Plan, design, and implement assigned applications on schedule. Participate in project management and ensure standard methodologies are followed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training required. Minimum 3 years' experience with clinical or financial application support required. Strong experience implementing and supporting applications within a health system required. Software Module Certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
