*Key Responsibilities*
*Guest Experience & Service Excellence*
* Perform a variety of professional esthetic services, including customized facials, exfoliation, masks, and body treatments.
* Conduct in-depth skin consultations to recommend tailored treatments and home-care routines.
* Provide exceptional, discreet service that enhances relaxation and overall guest wellbeing.
* Offer knowledgeable product education and retail recommendations that align with individual guest goals.
*Treatment Delivery & Protocol Adherence*
* Uphold spa and Forbes Five-Star treatment standards with consistency and precision.
* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms in pristine condition before and after each service.
* Ensure compliance with all sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations.
* Maintain accurate guest treatment notes and product usage records.
*Team Collaboration & Professional Development*
* Work collaboratively with fellow spa team members to create a harmonious, guest-centered environment.
* Participate in ongoing training, product knowledge sessions, and seasonal service updates.
* Support the design and execution of signature, locally inspired facial and body rituals.
*Operational & Retail Performance*
* Contribute to spa retail goals by providing authentic, effective product recommendations.
* Maintain awareness of spa menus, promotions, and wellness offerings.
* Assist with inventory management and ordering of professional supplies.
*Qualifications & Experience*
* Current *Wyoming Esthetician License* in good standing.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa, boutique, or resort setting preferred.
* Proficiency in facial massage, skin analysis, product knowledge, and advanced skincare techniques.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a gentle, professional demeanor.
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
