Job Description

Fun Pros Events is on the lookout for an organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide variety of events, from corporate gatherings to exciting community celebrations. You will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that every detail of the event is executed flawlessly. Working closely with our clients, you will help bring their vision to life while providing exceptional service and support throughout the planning process. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, and transportation.
  • Manage event timelines and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event management, including contracts and invoicing.
  • Participate in on-site event management to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations to analyze event success and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or planning.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as required.
