Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this exciting role, you will serve as a crucial link between our clients and our event planning team, ensuring that all aspects of events run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with the coordination of various events, from corporate gatherings to social celebrations, while also supporting our sales team in reaching their targets. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of various sizes and types.
  • Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary event services and materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and updating event databases.
  • Assist with on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and post-event breakdown.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients for event sales.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or event planning roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
