We’re looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support our events team in the planning and execution of various corporate and promotional events. You’ll assist with logistics, vendor coordination, and event setup, ensuring that each event is a success. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for event planning and a commitment to providing outstanding experiences. 

Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organization and execution of events from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and attendee registration.
  • Support the team with budget tracking and ensure all expenses are within budget.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to confirm event details and timelines.
  • Prepare event materials, such as signage and promotional items.
  • Provide on-site event support, including setup, breakdown, and guest assistance.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations and feedback collection.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Prior experience in event planning or project management is a plus.
