Executive Assistant to Executive Team, Global Real Estate Consulting Firm, Local Remote, Must Live in Dallas Area, Dallas, Texas

Our client, a highly successful and prestigious global real estate consulting firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite team. The successful candidate will work primarily remotely (MUST live in the Dallas area) providing comprehensive administrative support to them. But, they may meet from time to time to go in the office as well as set up the space for client meetings. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, preferably supporting more than 1 executive, is pro-active, responsible and detail-oriented to make sure all the t’s are crossed for them administratively on a daily basis.

About the Job:

  • Support a team of C-Suite Executives with calendar management and meeting scheduling in multiple time zones, understanding shifting priorities
  • Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle C-Suite and office expenses
  • Coordinate in-person office meetings, set up conference rooms with appropriate materials, catering needs and tech
  • Arrange special events, outings and dinners internal and external
  • Special ad hoc projects

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting key executives, preferably in the real estate, finance or consulting space
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Very detail oriented and organized with good project management skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information
  • Experience with working remotely a Plus; responsible and reliable to be trusted to work regular hours
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team oriented with a warm engaging personality
