Job Description
A credit union in Orange County is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. On a day to day basis you will be monitoring the CEO's calendar, sitting in on high level meetings/board member meetings and taking detailed meeting minutes (ALCO meetings). Organizes and schedules CEO’s meetings and appointments in a timely manner. Meets routinely with the CEO to review schedules. Integrates and provides calendar and schedule coordination, ensuring the most effective use of the CEO’s attention and focus. Files and maintains electronically centralized documents, contracts and correspondence on Executive SharePoint site. Additionally, helping to order catering for the office and event planning type of responsibilities. Managing the CEO's expense reports (collecting receipts, submitting expenses, etc).
**This person must come on site 5 days a week in Santa Ana. This position may require working early morning or late evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays.
Compensation:
$25/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
