Senior Recruitment Consultant | Principal Recruitment Consultant | Recruitment Lead - Contract Desk - East Coast USA

Manhattan, New York City (Remote working not possible, flexible working will be available)

$Basic Salary (DOE) up to $100,000 + uncapped no threshold/draw commission + bonuses + sales incentives (yearly winners trip, quarterly lunch club, prize draws) + healthcare + 401k + other benefits + a great culture

Harnham's New York Contract team is hiring experienced recruiters! This is a perfect opportunity for a contract expert to make their mark, own and grow something exciting whilst working for the worlds leader in its market (Data & Analytics).

Your Experience:

• Proven experience in a 360 recruitment agency environment, or strong 180 business development experience within the contract space
• Proven knowledge of contract recruitment
• Interest in working in a fast paced, sales focused environment
• Proven drive for a sales focused career
• Talent acquisition professionals will be considered if they have previously worked in agency recruitment and have a clear desire to transition back into this role.

NB: Please note this is not a contract position, instead you will specialize in placing contract positions.
