Primary Focus Exterior Lead Technician Who We Are Marshall Cleaning Service is a premiere cleaning service in East Tennessee. Marshall provides both interior and exterior services to both residential and commercial clients. Who We Want Marshall seeks to hire a high energy, creative, self-motivated individual who desires to grow, learn and lead. Qualifications / Requirements Clean driving record High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have a valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and being organized Skill with time management and prioritization of multiple tasks Skill of math (basic adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing – know how to figure square footage) Ability to lift 50lb and be in good health Comfortable climbing ladders, and being on roofs (not afraid of heights) Basic Responsibilities Manages time wisely Know your route and schedule daily Professional appearance and communication with clients Lead your assistant technician while maintaining and proper care for all equipment, vehicles, etc. The Position Full-time position with bonus structure option. Experience is preferred. Compensation Starting pay ranges between $14.00 and $16 per hour (to start) plus bonus opportunities and tips.
