Position: Family Nurse Practitioner - FNP
Location: Modesto, CA
Duration: 08/11/25 - 10/31/25 (Possible extension or Perm. conversion)
Pay: $95 - 100/hr
Schedule: 40 hours weekly | 8 am - 5 pm (Monday-Friday) | No weekends
Age: 2+ years
Overview: Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and occupational health services. The provider will be responsible for the timely documentation of EPIC and OHM EMR systems.
Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic
Primary care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is highly preferred
EPIC EMR experience is a PLUS
Must have an active Family Nurse Practitioner license in California
Must have an active Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or be able to obtain it post-offer
Must have a clean background
