Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Field Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, managing client relationships, and ultimately selling our line of Reckbon air compressors to a wide range of businesses including:
Automotive body and repair shops
CNC machine shops
Light and heavy manufacturing facilities
Fabrication and welding shops
General industrial operations
This is a field-based role that requires regular in-person visits to customer sites. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients select the right equipment for their operations while promoting the advantages of Reckbon’s integrated compressor systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct on-site customer visits to assess needs and present solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Provide product demonstrations and explain technical specifications
Prepare and present formal quotes and proposals
Follow up on leads generated through our website, marketing campaigns, and referrals
Collaborate with our technical team to arrange delivery, installation, and after-sale support
Track customer interactions and opportunities in our CRM
