What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate members through structured 45-minute, full-body workouts.
Help members achieve weight loss, strength, and conditioning goals.
Ensure safe form and provide corrections when needed.
Understand and apply heart-rate–based training methods.
Demonstrate proper use of all studio equipment.
Collaborate with the sales team to grow membership.
Build community by engaging with members and supporting studio events.
What We’re Looking For:
Certified Personal Trainer (Required) — current certification from an approved provider.
Previous group fitness experience a plus.
HIIT coaching experience = Fast Track consideration.
Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
