GenAI Solution Architect, Senior Consulting Manager About the role As a GenAI Solution Architect you will make an impact by translating early-stage innovation ideas into structured, scalable solution proposals that align with enterprise architecture and governance standards. You will be collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to assess feasibility, define high-impact GenAI use cases, and drive proposal development with clarity and velocity. In this role, you will: Translate Innovation into Execution – Convert GenAI innovation concepts into structured solution proposals and development plans that align with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks. Provide Architectural Leadership – Deliver hands-on solutioning and architectural guidance across GenAI use cases, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and measurable business impact. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity, and momentum throughout the innovation lifecycle. Demonstrate AI Breadth & Depth – Apply deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including supervised learning, transformers, embeddings, and GenAI orchestration frameworks. Apply Strategic Contextualization – Frame GenAI capabilities within broader business strategy and innovation governance, incorporating responsible AI principles, model evaluation, and RAG architectures. What you must have to be considered: Proven experience architecting and deploying GenAI solutions in enterprise environments. Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including transformers, embeddings, supervised learning, and model evaluation. Hands-on experience with GenAI tooling, orchestration frameworks, and deployment patterns. Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and responsible AI governance. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams. These will help you succeed: Experience in innovation or enterprise architecture roles. Ability to contextualize technical solutions within broader business strategies. Demonstrated success in driving innovation from ideation to execution. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps practices. Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $98,853- $158,500 depending on experience and other qualification of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
